Terms of Service

1. About Sandfare
Sandfare is a travel planning and advisory platform operated by Sherwood Capital LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Sandfare at sandfare.com(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Sandfare, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Service Description
Sandfare provides personalized travel itineraries, destination guides, booking facilitation, and loyalty program optimization. We act as a planning tool and facilitator — we are not a travel agency, and booking confirmations are subject to the terms of the underlying service providers (hotels, airlines, restaurants, activity operators, etc.).
5. Third-Party Services
Sandfare may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Viator and GetYourGuide for activities). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or conduct.
6. Affiliate Relationships
Some links and bookings on Sandfare may earn us affiliate commissions. This does not affect the price you pay. We disclose affiliate relationships where required and always prioritize recommendations based on quality and relevance to your trip.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (preferences, reviews, feedback). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process it as necessary to operate the Service.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure
- Impersonate any person or entity
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of travel recommendations, pricing, availability, or booking outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sherwood Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
